A yukka might work.
Or an agave or another agave”. Agave can be very architectural in look so one might work well but you’d have to pick a fairly small growing one.
Or a cordyline. This is a big one but you can get them that grow taller and skinnier.
Not necessarily the exact ones here but a plant with this sort of shape would work. You need to balance the shape of the pot.
However, you would need something with shallow roots I’d think. So speak to someone at the plant nursery about what will best tolerate such a narrow mouthed pot AND that you will be able to get out if it gets too big. Perhaps go for a very small version of an agave that won’t grow too big.
