How long does it take to get final pay from the army if I got out on the 23rd of july?

No offense, but don’t they go over all this on your contract pre-boot camp? And no offense, but isn’t there some sort of department, or person you are close to within your discipline to find this information?

Military pay is on the 1st and 15th, or the preceding Friday if payday would fall on a weekend or holiday.

You’ll have your money this week.

Final pay is usually delayed a few weeks because the Army will make sure you don’t owe them any money prior to cutting your last pay (such as for lost equipment, over payment during your service, etc). They will do an audit of your pay over your service time to make sure everything is balanced out. So, if you didn’t get it this week, it’s probably still being looked at. If you don’t have it in a few weeks, call your previous post finance office.

@Seaofclouds Either the Navy does it differently, or I got lucky then :/
