On AMC they’re having a weekend of showing a whole bunch of past episodes starting this Friday (tomorrow actually) at 3 PM with “Boxcutter”. If you don’t remember why it’s titled that, you really are in serious need of more than just a recap :)
I’m assuming that the last rerun episode will be the one where they left off with. Hank finds the book inscribed with the initials WW and you can see him starting to put two and two together. (Hard to believe that meticulous Walt was that careless :)
Check your listings.
I know what I’ll be doing for most of this weekend :)
And I know I’ll pick up on little details or significant words or parts of conversation that passed me by when I watched it before.
I hardly ever watch reruns of anything, TV or movies because I just get bored.
But this is such a densely written and meticulously plotted show that I usually watch episodes several times and never fail to find some interesting extra detail.
I will really miss this show when it’s done. But I’m glad they’re going out while theyre still at the top of their game instead of waiting until quality declined and viewership dwindled to where they have to pull the plug. That happens all too frequently with many other shows.
But quality shows like this one are rare gems indeed.
