Do you have the parcel number? Sometimes it is called the folio number.

Put in the street name and see if there is a GIS or GPS link. The link might show how the parcels are divided and the addresses. Some county sites have the capability, some don’t.

Some people are SO freaking unhelpful. Is it because they’re stupid? The first place I called I spoke to a receptionist.

Me “If I give you the legal description can you tell me what the physical address is?”
Her: “I don’t know. I don’t know if we could do that.” Silence.
Finally I said, “Well, is there someone else I could call?”
Her: “I don’t know. Um. I don’t know. You could try the register of deeds?”
Me: “Do you have the phone number?”
Her: “I don’t know, but it’s in the phone book.” WTF???!!!!!
