Wine: Wine is one of the most sophisticated drinks in the world, rich in flavor but yet so simple. Its diversity comes from the different types of grapes, where it is grown and in what manner is produced.
Types of wine:
1) Red wine: Mixing the delicious red grapes with a wide range of aromas, from oak to eucalypti, chocolate or even mint hints. Such as: Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot.
2) White wine: White wine is made from white gapes, produced in Europe. Such as: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay.
3) Rose wine: Rosé wines are a soft version of the red wine, most of them actually produced from red grapes. Such as: Zinfandel Blush, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon.
4) Sparkling Wine: Sparkling wine adds a hint of luxury to every good wine, through a fizzy/bubbly texture. Such as: Champagne, cava.
5) Fortified Wine: Fortified wine is a wine that has been blended with a liquor. Such as: Port, Sherry, Madiera, Marsala, Vermouth, Bum Wine.
6) Dessert Wine: These are sweet wines and as the name suggests, they are generally served with dessert. Such as: Ice Wine, Raisin Wine, Noble Rot Wine, Some Fortified Wines
Beer: Beer is produced through the alcoholic fermentation of a malted cereal, usually barley malt, with or without other starchy materials, to which hops have been added.
