What foods go well with a tomato-garlic salad dressing?
I made a great tasting dressing from scratch, but I’m not sure what I should add to the salad. Any suggestions? Here’s the salad dressing recipe:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup red-wine vinegar
¼ cup parsley
1 medium tomato, seeded
5 anchovy fillets
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon capers, rinsed
