My masterpiece, made recently during occupational therapy.. Not having eaten white bread, dyed square-shaped yellow American Cheese or butter in ten years, I was amused when the OT gave me an A+. I was going to give it to my nurse’s dog but a friend popped in, said that she hadn’t had lunch and ate it, pronouncing it “delicious.”

In contrast, a wedding cake that my daughter baked for friends last June.

Here is one of my favorite “food porn” pictures that I found with a recipe for shakshuka, a Middle Easter dish with eggs poached in a tangy tomato sauce. This Video shows it being prepared. It’s super yummy!
