There are a bunch of people that think sprouted grain bread is extra healthy, but the science doesn’t really hold up. It’s pretty much the same as any whole grain bread. The benefits you hear are usually comparing to white bread, which we all know is a simple carb.
Sprouting results in a slightly higher protein content. That’s about it.
