Ebay Gurus: How long does my buyer have to ship the product back for refund?

I escalated a case because buyer wouldnt send item back. Now eBay had told buyer to return item. I dont believe he will comply, how long until the case closes automatically?

I think it depends on the option you selected for your auction listing.

I believe 14 days is standard.
