Is this smoothie a good idea for replacing a meal?
Currently I have blueberries, black berries, strawberries, red raspberries and bananas. I don’t always mix them all. Typically 1 banana and 1 or 2 of the others.
I mix them with ice, sometimes add 1 or 2 scoops of peanut butter. Organic peanut butter or this stuff called wow butter http://www.peanutfreeplanet.com/Wowbutter_Creamy_Soybutter_Spread_p/wowbuttercreamyspread.htm
Any suggestions things to add or not to add, or not do?
