Considering that you had just asked this question—I can only presume that you’re making things up, or the responses you’re getting are sarcastic.

Depends on the tone she used. Even without listening to the words, you should have a feel of whether she was being sincere or sarcastic.

‘You look hot’ could either mean you are physically attrctive, or your face is red and you are sweaty, and smell pretty bad.

‘Do you work out’ could be asking if you exercise regularly, or if recent exercise is what made you sweaty and smell like a goat, or do you work outdoors, which would be the opposite of ‘working ‘in’ Sort of like ‘dining out’ or ‘dining in’
