This one is easy for me… round is the absence of corners! Did I get it?

A round (singular) is one bullet. Rounds means multiple. A clip is a clip, or magazine. Rounds are loaded into the magazine. My rifle holds 14 rounds in the magazine. The clip for my old rifle held 8 rounds.

A round is one piece of ammunition..

Same as a troop. A troop is one soldier. A round is one bullet. An army needs one round for every enemy troop.

A round can also be one order of drinks for everyone who holsters their shootin’ arns! ;-D

@echotech10 is right – it’s a single unit of ammunition, that includes one bullet and its casing, etc.

@zenvelo A troop is not one soldier. Sometime in the last decade, I started to hear Americans using the term in this way, but it is not correct. A troop is a military unit made up of several soldiers.
