Welcome to my house. I’m hopeless at self-care and utterly stupid. I can adopt you and you can be my babysitter ;)

I think adoptions for adults is a great idea. No matter your age. We all need that caring and nurturing sometimes and not necessary from a lover.

If you are a hot blonde shaped like Barbi then yes, you may put yourself up for adoption. Every girl wants a daddy.

I heard recently about an adult woman in America who wants to be adopted because she wants to have a family. I don’t remember if her own family sucks or if maybe her parents had passed away and had no other family.

I have thought this myself!

Paint yourself black & wear a nappy/diaper, Angie & Madonna will be fighting over you like scalded cats.

The Fluther community has already adopted you.

I’m sure there’s someone on craigslist looking for an adult babies kinda connection.

Actually, you should read the book “Half Broken Things” by Morag Joss. It’s about three misfit people unintentionally making a found family. An older, single lady places an ad that she’s looking for her missing son. She never had a son, and the ad is answered by the world’s worst scam artist. The way things go from there is sympathetic and insightful; great read.

Usually its called a workplace.
Find where in this world that you are needed, then you would be adopted as family. Think of all the people in third World countries that have worse conditions than we have in North America etc
When you help another one forgets their own problems.(Volunteer).
