My stepfather is really struggling with this. He’s worked hard his entire life and it’s catching up with him. Any ideas for his pain?

My mother has been doing Tai Chi which has eased some of her pain, and I do Yoga and go to a chiropractor referred by my physician, which has helped with range of motion and pain management a lot. NSAIDS (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen sodium) help when the inflammation gets bad.
I have heard that eliminating the deadly nightshade family of plants also helps, but I just can’t do that myself because I love my tomatoes and peppers and potatoes too much.
I wish for him some comfort. It sucks to creak and be infirm.

I know someone who is helped by Botox injections. She has sclerotic arthritis in the neck and spine.
