I love Brussel Sprouts, I dip them in mayo.
Major dislikes:
Beets, pickled or otherwise. Gak!
Cooked spinach unless it is quiche or soups. No piles of cooked spinach, raw spinach is great in salads.
Lima beans, unless in soups.
Raw onions. A thin slice on a burger or finely diced in a salad is good, all cooked onions are delicious, stewed, grilled, carmelized, onion rings are awesome.
Not a big fan of broccoli either, depends on how it’s prepared.
