"The lights are on but nobody's home." What other sayings do we have that mean the same thing?
I have heard some really creative ways to express this same idea – like “the wheel is turning, but the hamster is dead.” When I heard this one, it made me laugh. I wondered what others might be out there that I haven’t heard before.
