Making limoncello - use grain alcohol or vodka?
I feel like making limoncello this weekend. Some of the recipes I found on the web said to use grain alcohol, and other said to use vodka. (Vodka in about 70% of the ones I looked at.)
Have you made your own? Which liquor did you use? How did it go?
