If an automated-system keeps telling me I can't leave a voice-message because the mailbox is full, could I be blocked?
I’ve been trying to call someone, every 2–3 days, for 2 weeks. It rings like normal and the usual messages plays, but then I get the automated-voice of the messaging system itself. It says, “We’re sorry but the mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages. Goodbye.” (Is it really that they just never check their messages and/or don’t care?)
