I am exhausted! lol
Been working my behind off the last 6 days and am now on a cooking jag to set up dinners for us all for the week. Sunday I made a huge pot of my killer spaghetti sauce, yesterday I made steak sandwiches and oven baked fries for dinner, plus, a crock pot full of Minestrone soup and another one of BBQ’d chicken. I JUST finished setting up another crock pot of veggie chili, we have enough food around here to sink the Titanic.
This chili is going to be amazing!
Special seasonings, scads of red, yellow and orange bell peppers, fresh, soaked overnight, pinto beans, loads of onions, kidney beans, fire roasted salsa, garlic, green chilis, diced tomatoes and Newcastle Brown beer. I am going to make flour tortilla chips to go with it tomorrow. Oh man, my ass is expanding just thinking about it. haha
