“Great Question” (3points)

So I have Netflix and had been using it on my LG smart TV, then one day I went in and it stopped working. It won’t play anything. I’m logged in and every time I go to click to start a show I get an error message that says “We’re having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title.” Nothing will play. It is connected to the Internet, I can play things via YouTube and get on the Web. Any suggestions? Oh and Netflix plays fine on my laptop. Thanks

I’m sure you’ve checked the fit and quality of the cable connection, right?

You might try LG tech support.

I would go to the store where you bought the TV and talk to them about it.

I have problems on my Google TV with Netflix occasionally stopping in the middle of a program either needing to load or I get the message you mention. Usually if I wait a few minutes on mine I can resume but it is annoying.

Have you tried to deactivate your Netflix account and reactivate it as this video suggests? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LGDEXnU6roE

It was also suggested in this thread from Netflix Help:

Good luck.

I would try Netflix customer/tech support, that’s my suggestion.
