Does anyone have experience with Lumosity?

Pretty self explanatory. I’m just curious if anyone here uses Lumosity, and if you notice any difference in your brain function as a result.

Lumosity is a website full of games designed to build new/improve neuro pathways. Basically improve memory/speed/attention/problem solving/etc…

I downloaded an app for brain training on my phone, but didn’t pay the $199/yr fee. I only used the free version. It was a good diversion, and @hominid‘s article is correct, I became better at the activities the more often I played. Did it help my brain… no. I got bored and deleted the app.

What I have seen benefit from is playing Sudoku. A traumatic brain injury affect my logic processing and sequence speed, so Sudoku has helped that area a bit.
