“Great Question” (1points)

I’m having a sleepover tomorrow with 4 friends and I am looking for some games like truth or dare, those sort of talking games. Any suggestions will be considered. Thank you in advance! :)

How about Three Truths and a Lie? Each person writes down 3 true statements and one lie about themselves. Each takes a turn reading theirs out loud, and the group is to guess which one is a lie. The more outrageous the truths are, the harder it is to guess the correct answer. Here is an example, with the lie in bold.

* I’ve never broken a bone or had stitches.
* I rammed a hotel luggage cart into actor Ned Beatty.
* I went on a date with basketball player Michael Jordan when I was in college.
* I think my sister is really my mother.

Consequences can be fun, especially if you use the names of people you all know. Here’s a link: http://www.papg.com/show?1TXW.

We play this game we call “Who’s The Man” (which, of course, nothing can be found about online). It’s played as follows:

- Every person gets three notes, on each of which he/she writes the name of a person every player is familiar with (e.g. famous people, relatives, etc.)
– All notes are collected into a bowl.
– The group is split up in two teams.
– There then are three rounds. In each round, the teams alternate turns, in which one of the team members has to get the other team members to guess what’s on the note. Every time a note is guessed, the player draws another note, until 30 seconds have passed. Between each round, all notes are added to the bowl again, and the team that guessed fewest notes gets to start the next round. The three rounds differ in how the guessing is to be done:

In the first round, the player can describe the item on the note without using words with capital letters (i.e. names, country names, name of the month, etc.).

In the second round, the player only gets to say a single word – this sounds difficult, but is a lot easier since all players know what notes are present in the bowl.

In the third round, the player does not get to speak, but has to depict whoever is on the note.

It might sound a bit involved, but once you start playing it’s pretty easy, and loads of fun.

Another option is Who am I.

I’m kinda late but if you ever have another sleepover, there’s also “Never have I ever.”
Each person goes around saying something they’ve never done. If you’ve done it, you have to count one on your finger. You lose when you get to five.
The more interesting the statements, the more interesting the game.

So @lugerruger, what did you all end up doing?

You can play ”I have never”, it is played with booze, I don’t know why unless to see who gets drunk playing.

Once decided on what to use, a bottle of booze, shot glasses, beer mugs, etc. each player states something such as ”I never joined the Mile High Club, all those who never entered that club hold their drink and doesn’t consume any. Those who have, take a drink in the manner agreed upon before the game started. Then the next player up states a fact, “_I have never cheated on a test”_, if you haven’t, then you sit still, if you cheated you have to drink, and so on, and so on

@Hypocrisy_Central You do that because you’re more open when you drink more, so you can switch to sex as the subject sooner :P
