Diet or Exercise? The age old question.
I’ve read lots of articles and focused on both myself. I know that a combination of both is the best thing for a healthy lifestyle. However, I just can’t accept that they equally affect being healthy. I want to know what has personally helped you to be healthier: Improving Diet or doing more exercise? What truly makes a bigger difference on looks and health? Thanks for the input. There are so many articles that claim this or that, but I want to know from personal experience what seems to have a bigger impact!
