Borrow some from a neighbor. Or take a trip to the 7–11.

Just try it without the eggs and pray that they pass as pancakes.

I’m no chef, but use cake batter?

Vegan pancakes. Use milk if you don’t have soy milk.

This works only if you have flax seeds or flax seed powder,or flax seed meal. you can pour boiling water over the seeds, powder, meal, or what ever form you have. Let it cool and it will create a slimy goo that you can substitute for eggs. 1/4 cup = 1 egg.

What’s pancakes without eggs?? Go out and buy some or send someone out to get some.

If you don’t want to make another trip to the market. Ask a neighbor to borrow some.

Here are several other suggestions from wikihow:

It is possible to make pancakes without eggs. In fact, any flat baked product that requires only 1 – 2 eggs can usually survive without an egg with no problems. The main thing is to substitute a little extra liquid ( 1 – 2 tbsp) to make up for the egg’s removal. There are differing recipes (some just with flour, some with fruit such as mashed banana), so it is best to use a search engine to find a recipe you like. They do work, so try them out, just be sure the pan they are fried in is seasoned as you would with normal pancakes.

Fruit makes an excellent replacement for eggs – try bananas, apple puree or any high pectin content fruit. Usually 1/4 cup of banana will replace 1 egg.

or Tofu:

# Tofu is fabulous as a replacement, as it will take on the flavour of whatever you are cooking it with. As a general rule, 1/4 cup of tofu will replace 1 egg. Whip or beat it before adding it to the recipe.

Another egg replacement is 2 tbsp water mixed with 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tspn of baking powder. Mix together well before adding.

I know this may be of little help but for next time you could look for pancake mix that already has egg in the ingredient mix; for example in my neck of the woods there is a brand called Krusteaz that just requires water and a bit of vegetable oil; we use for camping trips where we have little/no refrigeration…fyi

Substitute yogurt for eggs

Thanks all. I tried making the Vegan recipe that someone suggested, but they were awful. The extra baking powder is too much. I was too late for Marina’s suggestions but tofu and fruit sound much better. However, next time I will just use an egg.

The flax meal idea worked great as an egg substitute! I put 2 tbsp of flax meal in a cup, and added boiling water until the whole goop measured ¼ cup. It really did turn into a transluscent “goo” similar to egg white. Used this as a sub for 1 egg in my whole wheat pancakes. Never noticed the missing egg! Pancakes had the usual light texture. Since this also makes the pancakes extra low in cholesterol…so I may skip the egg forever now! Thanks to Cooksalot for this tip.

Here is a pancake recipe that doesn’t require eggs:

2 Cups Flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
1⅓ Cups Milk

2 Tablespoons Oil – Optional
1 Teaspoon Vanilla – Optional

It is a little denser than a regular pancake, but it is actually pretty good. I use this in a pinch sometimes, but I’ve also had good results with this during camping. When camping just replace the milk with water and omit the oil and vanilla. If the batter is too thick then just add more milk or water until the desired consistency is reached. This probably won’t stop you from ever going to a pancake house again, but I’ve had worse pancakes as well.

Since 1982 (last CENTURY lol) I have been allergic to eggs. Boo hoo, anyway made up a recipe of 1 cups of flour, ¼ teas bicarb soda, 1 tabspoons sugar, 1 to 3 teaspoons oil (polyunsaturated of course and sunflower for no taste), half to 1½ cups of liquid (milk or other of your preference) and 3 to 4 teaspoons of golden syrup or similar. Replace some of the flour, eg a tablespoon or so with potato flour for a creamier mix if water is the liquid choice. Tastes like the real thing and sugar has had 1 whole teaspoon removed from the original recipe to balance the calories. May stand for an hour or more if liked and stir just before using. May also be made as a pancake to your thickness preference. Spray pan and cook as you would the normal recipe and garnish to your tummy’s delight.

I know this sounds gross but you can most def use mayonnaise. You won’t take the mayo at all. If you look at the ingredients in it, the second ingredient is eggs. I use mayo in my chocolate chip recipe instead of eggs. Just because it makes them better!!
