What is the illness called that our neighbor has?

We have a very nice neighbor whose upper body is on the diagonal. That is, starting at her chest and going to her head the entire area leans towards the side. Seems like this would get worse at least from gravity alone. She is about seventy and still active.

Maybe some sort of osteoporosis?

Scoliosis?

Yes; I thought it might be one of the two but I had believed those made people bend forward. Still, it could be one of them.

S curve scoliosis makes shoulder uneven. C curve makes people look hunched over.

Dowager’s Hump. Not an illness but a physical deformity.

@gailcalled: Would the Dowager’s Hump make the body go diagonally? I thought it only made the person hunch forward.
