I like it. Don’t like too much at a time, so I buy a bottle once in a while, keep it in the fridge and sip out of it until it’s gone. It’s got lots of probiotics for one.
I tasted it for the first time about a month ago. I loved it. But I love anything that tastes like vinegar, which kombucha does. I don’t know if the supposed “health benefits” to drinking it are true, but I loved the taste.
