Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks?
Hi! Since October last year my metabolism suddenly changed and I started gaining weight fast. I’m turning 21, so I guess it was because of my hormones.
I weigh 100 pounds before. I gained 20 pounds in 3 months and none of my pants can fit me anymore. Another problem that I have is my scoliosis, my chiropractor told me not to gain weight too much or it will affect my back. I want to drop to 110 because it’s my ideal weight for my age. Is it possible to drop 10 pounds in two weeks or a month? And what exercises are perfect for weight loss (before I tone my body)?
Also, is there any healthy diet for that? I want to lose weight fast but I don’t want to drown myself with the protein shakes my mom makes. Thank you very much!
