About 200 hours of training, or 6 months to a year of work. Google Hatha Yoga teacher Training and you’ll get over 400,000 hits. Then just choose the facility nearest you. Make sure they offer American Yoga Association certification or certs from some comparable organization. Good luck.

The Sivananda Teachers Training Course takes a live-in month of demanding course work and practice and provides a solid, classical-style hatha yoga instructor’s skills plus an intensive introduction to the other seven limbs Raja Yoga practice, including meditation.

The best answer would be to what do you want to do with your certification. Depending on what you want to teach as in at a health club or a dedicated studio or your own studio. Certifications vary and some studios will require certifications from specific schools. Ask the studios around your area what is the best school in your area.
