Do short breaks in the middle of runs ruin the workout?

So I am training for a half marathon and at the same time increasing my water intake. This past week, about midway through my daily runs, I really have to pee. I pee before the runs too! So this causes me to stop in the middle of my run for a couple minutes and pee, and then go back to running.

Will this ruin my run? Or increase the time it takes me to finally reach my goal of 13 miles.
