What THE HELL is wrong with the wireless driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

Seriously fucking pissing me the fuck off.

New Lenovo laptop. Already has Windows 10.

About last week I noticed that there was suddenly no wireless option. It was like I never had wireless in the first place.

I searched online and they said to reinstall it through the Device Manager. So I did that.

It happened a couple times and I just did that and it was fine.

Now there’s no wireless again. This time I can’t find the wireless driver on the Device Manager. So I find these directions to reinstall it or whatever through the command prompt:

1. Run cmd as administrator

2.Type in: reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170–676cbbc36ba3} /va /f

3. Then type in: netcfg -v -u dni_dne

4. Restart computer

When I do step 2, I get a message back that it can’t find the driver. But when I do step 3 it says the driver isn’t installed then it installs it and says “done”.

So I restart my computer

and nothing happens.

Fucking wireless still not appearing as an option.

And NO – it’s not my router or anything because literally everything else that’s running on wireless in my house works.

Goddammit the one time today I really need to use wireless on my laptop and this shit isn’t working. The hell is going on? I’m absolutely livid.
