Which is healthier raw cow or raw goat's milk?

I have started drinking raw goat’s milk from a
reputable farmer but wondering if raw cow’s
milk would be a better choice. Anyone researched
this and found a clue?

I’ve talked to a couple of dietitians about this over the years. They’ve consistently told me goat milk was better as it’s closer to human milk. They also generally say that there’s very little benefit to humans drinking/using milk.

I love cheese and yogurt too much to go dairy free but I don’t deliberately add milk to anything anymore.

I was told that humans can digest goat’s milk in like 20 min
where as cows milk takes hours. When we have to bottle
feed an animal on our farm we usually reach for goat’s milk.

I have never been a big milk drinker but I do like some in my coffee
and use it to cook with and some in my protein shakes at times.

I know I will never buy grocery store milk again as those dairy cows
are shot full of all kinds of chemicals to make them produce milk
faster and more of it. Same way the feed lot cattle are automatically
shot with all kinds of chemicals we “don’t want to ingest in our bodies”.

While looking into this I kept reading how goats milk is closer than cow milk to human milk but no one quantified the statement. So I looked a little deeper and found this on NutritionMD
I am not going to analyze it and say which is closer or why but at least there is a comparison between characteristics of the three types and you can make our own call.

My wife, who detests milk, will only buy 2% claiming the whole milk is too fatty and unhealthy for me, the kids and grandkids to drink. So maybe I should consider goats milk since it sounds like it has the same consistancy and as much flavor. Also, it sounds like because of the smaller fat cells it is also naturally homogenized.

Not to change the subject but “all natural bone marrow broth”
is all the rage at the farmer’s market’s. We sell bone marrow
bones and we don’t get many of them but you would be
surprised at what people will pay for a bone from a farm raised
cow with bone marrow in it. They boil the bone very slowly
for days and scoop off the thin fat on top of the broth and then
drink it almost as an elixir! Wish we had a truck load or bone marrow
bones!

According to @rojo‘s chart, I don’t see why anyone would say there is very little benefit to cows milk.

LOLL!!! Looking at your second chart, @rojo, I got to Vit C, and under cow’s milk it said OMG…... I’m going, does that mean OMG there is a LOT of vitamin C in cow’s milk? I’m slow today.
