Anyone made intermittent fasting a part of your lifestyle?
I have been reading up on intermittent fasting or IF
and many say it is good for your brain and body
in general. I would think your brain would need
all the “energy” it uses to run optimally and we
get that from food. Those of you that do IF let
me know what your opinions are and how it makes
you feel.
