Why can't I edit a place in Roblox Studio?

Whenever I go to edit a place in Roblox Studio, it says, “Sorry, we could not load this place due to a permission error. Please check permissions and try again.” How do I do that?

My seven year old says it can be solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the program.
