Are daily vitamins beneficial?
I’ve seen many studies saying they are, and many studies saying they aren’t.
I’m wondering because I’ve really been lacking energy lately, and I don’t like constantly peeing from coffee haha. I looked up on google “lack of energy” and it said vitamin B12 helps with that. I then looked up how you get vitamin B12 and every food that was listed I don’t like…
