How can I get the nutrients I need when vegetables make me feel ill?
I get terrible gas, pain and bloating whenever I eat raw vegetables. Avacodos, bananas and grapes also bother me. I’m miserable for a few hours after eating any of these foods. I just ate a salad and now all I want to do is curl up in a ball and cry.
What alternatives do I have? I have classic symptoms of IBS-d but I have not been diagnosed nor have I spoken to my doctor about this. I will, but other medical issues have taken precedence over the past few years.
