Hi ladies and gents :)

Okay recently I started noticing more grey hairs on my head :(

I don’t know what’s going on? Maybe I’m stressed out or not getting enough / the right kinds of nutrients?

I just started taking a hair vitamin pill, I hope it works.

Does anyone here have good tips or tricks to make your hair and skin beautiful ?

I exercise and eat rather healthy I think…... Could it be anxiety?

Thank you everyone :)

Grey hair is hereditary. I noticed my first ones at 21. It doesn’t mean it’s unhealthy, but I don’t think there is anything you can do to stop it. I don’t believe that there are outside factors, other than your genes, that can influence that. It’s not anxiety. It’s too many birthdays.

BTW, are you anxious?

Smile more. You won’t believe how much more beautiful you are. Everyone will be wondering what you’re doing differently.

And don’t waste your money on such things as “hair vitamins”. You’ll smile more when you realize how much smarter you are for not doing that.

I have only two hairs left that are still dark and I’m waiting for them to fall out. Worse things can happen. I don’t get too anxious about it.

It’s an evil thing called ‘getting older’. You can colour your hair, but other than that just keep your hair healthy. Healthy hair and skin always look better. Don’t overdo the make-up, heavy make-up looks ageing. And as has been suggested, embrace your maturity, smile and accept it’s just part of life.

Eat more eggs. Use a shampoo that has mild detergents. Use a quality conditioner. Use a moisturizing cream on your face every night and day.

Royal jelly helps you have less grey hair. Selenium makes your skin glow. Fish oil, hyroulonic acid, and vitamin c are good for your skin. Co enzyme Q10 and vitamin A are good for repair. And horsetail strengthens your hair.

Somehow I don’t think Royal jelly can penetrate, and change, the dna that triggers hair going gray.

Do not worry too much. Stress can cause lots of problems, especially skin. You should eat some foods containing lots of vitamin C such as oranges because this can help prevent any damage to your skins. Besides, if possible, you should limit make-up. Also, butter Milk can help with grey hair.

Hope this helps!
