Does it kind of throw you when people often mention how smart or witty, or intuitive they are?
I have a friend on Facebook who talks about her self in those types of terms a lot. She doesn’t strike me as all that smart, though. Shouldn’t those kinds of observations / compliments be left to the people they interact with to mention?
