My screw in guages size 00g are stuck, any advice ?

Try putting on a pair of latex gloves. The rubber will give a bit of grip to help twist them apart.

Or a pair of silicon coasters, on on each side. No latex involved. Use them for coasters under cold beverages.

Try spraying the gauges liberally with WD-40, let them sit for a while, then tap them lightly with your knuckle.
