Sounds like a good idea to me. I’ve seen 11-year-olds who think Monster or Red Bull are fun/funny ideas and want to try them, and I remember being a kid whose parents prohibited candy so they went candy nuts disobeying and they would have gone for those big time. Combine with the effect even sugar has on some kids, bouncing off the walls after eating some cookies, and it just seems like in general a good idea to not be selling sugar/caffeine bombs to kids. Not as a punishable law or thing to be a jerk about, but just as a good general idea.
