NSFW: Men, do reports like this cause you to feel concerned?

“Great Question” (1points)

I recall hearing a report like this last year. A report of a man who basically snapped his penis during sex. From what I recall previous reports could have been related to masturbation.

An unnamed Vietnamese man had to have his penis reattached after it snapped during an enthusiastic session. It kind of makes me wonder though. At what point are we supposed to know (as men) we are getting carried away. By the way, this makes no difference if you have sex with men, women or both.

But anyway should men be concerned with going at it too hard with their sexual partners? Should we have to add an extra criteria to what is interpreted by the term “safe sex”?

I mean, it was probably some freaky shit and not “standard” wanking/screwing. Not worried about it “snapping”

The penile muscle is a spongy mass that fills with blood and becomes firm, not brittle. I find this story extremely hard to believe. There is either more to it that for various reasons is being kept from the public, or it is false.

I had heard I think from a Jelly on here on a post that he had sprained or injured his penis during sex.

Yes. it can be bent and bruised and that is painful as hell, but there is no way it can be separated by merely having rough sex… without a blunt or sharp object involved.

Poor schmuck….

No, this doesn’t worry me at all.

That just can’t be true. As @Espiritus_Corvus said, a penis can be bent or bruised but short of someone severing it with a sharp object a penis cannot “snap” off like a twig on a tree. haha
The muscles, skin and other connective tissues would not allow it to, literally, snap off. Think finger, you can bend, break, twist your finger but it can’t snap off. Ri-dick-ulous!

@Coloma Haha nice pun!

My friend’s father ‘broke’ his dick during sex once. It swelled up with blood, until it was crazy big. He took many pictures before going to the ER. I think he did it by hitting her tail bone from behind.

Not to brag, but my pens is very thick, so I don’t worry about it. But it kinda happened once ,when a girl was on me cowgirl style. My penis bent awkwardly, and it hurt for a bit. But she made it better .

I think most men don’t care much about their health when it comes to sex. Many with heart conditions do it. They all say the same thing. I’d rather die ,than not have sex….

When I worked at the emergency veterinarian hospital, we had a dog come in with his penis torn off. Well, they (dogs) have a actual bone in their penis, so the injury could be described as a de-gloving.

The owner said his neighbor caught his dog having sex with her dog. So she called her female dog. When the dog ran off,she tore the other dog’‘s penis off. The neighbor found the penis in her house on the floor.

The owner brought in the dog , and it’s penis. We brought in several surgical specialists from our conjoined building. After much discussion, it was decided that the best action was to remove the bone that was left, and fashion a new way for him to pee. In all the confusion, we actually lost the penis for a while. We found it in the garbage after a drastic search.

The dog never once wimpered in pain. He was stoic the entire night. His name was ‘Trooper. ’

And he really was a trooper.

I’ve seen other dogs that had the bone broken from trauma, like being hit by a car.

@MrGrimm888 Yikes, poor dog. I know dogs lock into position for awhile during mating but I had no idea a dog had a bone in it’s penis. We have a horse here with Penis sheath cancer right now we are treating but…when it gets worse he will be put down, poor old guy. He is an gray Appaloosa and has pink and gray mottled skin, high risk like other white haired animals with pink skin are for body cancers.

^Yup. White animals are over represented in almost all medical problems.
