No. I’ve never heard of this either. Why do you mix your wine and coffee @YARNLADY? I’m interested to know.

I like coffee, and occasionally I want to fortify it with a taste of wine. I like the taste of wine and the taste of coffee, and together they are a pleasant change.

I can imagine red wine could work well with coffee. I’ve never tried it, but why not. Thank you @YARNLADY.

Ugh, fine I guess I have to try this now.

I mean, if you’re going to shove it down my throat, right?

I am guessing the coffee doesn’t have milk in it, or the wine would curdle the milk.

Does the wine have any effect on you along with the caffeine buzz from the coffee?

I don’t feel any extra kick, but I like the taste. The coffee is black

This question came about because of an advertisement for a “new” coffee flavored wine in a can.

I haven’t ever tried it, but I am now curious. I like coffee in many of its incarnations. I’m not sure how a can of coffee-flavored wine would taste.

There’s a long tradition of putting brandy in coffee.
