If people could see in the dark, would crime be higher, or lower? (At night. )
This is a follow up of my full moon question.
Had a rough weekend. Got roughed up myself a bit.
Most jellies opined that the extra light was the main variable in any difference in behavior, or crime during a full moon.
If everyone could see in the dark , would it affect crime rates?
If so, in what way?
