Stupid Mac question?

“Great Question” (2points)

I am trying to import pictures from my iPhone to my Mac.
I don’t want to import all of them.
It’s only letting me select one photo at a time. I know there has got to be a simple way to select more than one. On my PC it might have been right click but I haven’t figured out how to right click on the Mac.
I know this is a stupid question with probably a simple answer but I can’t seem to find it by googling. (Probably to simple)

Open Phones on your Mac, then connect your phone. Click the Import tab at the top of the Photos window. Once the thumbnails have posted in Photos, click on the photo you want to import.

A small check mark will appear on the thumbnail. Click on the next photo you want. Another checkmark will appear on it. When you have selected all you want, click the button at the top that says Import # Selected.

You are done!

(By the way, is your Mac up to date, running the latest version?)

Are you using iPhoto to import? If you are here are some tips.

You can click and drag to highlight a rectangular section.

What about if want two rectangular sections? No problem, hold down shift and select another. You can do this over and over again.

What if you just want a few random images? The command key is your friend. It is directly to the left of your spacebar.

Shift will also select a linear range. Such as this.

Even if you aren’t using iPhoto these are general OS X paradigms and apply to almost all apps.
