Sterling Silver is the brand name, I think you know that. Blade Pot Roast is a Chuck Roast usually tasty and with a lot of connective tissue. Thicker cuts need to be cooked in liquid for a long time, used for Pot Roast dinner
@RedDeerGuy1 Pot roast is my culinary weakness and if it is on a menu I will always order it. Sounds like it was worth it and that is all that matters.
