eh… Don’t know where you’re getting your information from, but you’re 100% dead wrong. Apple checks each and every App before it becomes available in the App Store. The apps you mentioned were approved because they weren’t harmful to the iPhone itself or Apple’s software.
There are tons of apps right now waiting for approval or that have already been denied. The apps you brought up were removed because of ethics/contracts, not because they didn’t work. They worked just fine and didn’t violate Apple’s policies, so they were made available.
A video recording app might be in cards for the App Store, it might not. We don’t have any way of knowing unless someone who is actually developing it comes forward and says so. Whether or not a video recording app ends up in the App Store has nothing to do with the Apps that are already there- it has to do with whoever decides to develop it.
