I would consider you a prime candidate for type 2 diabetes. My mom has it and when I lived with her I would leave some OJ in the fridge and she would devour it and then she couldn’t get out of bed for 24 hours.
You really don’t need juice. Eat a orange a week and you are good to go.
And I hate milk. I haven’t drank it in over a 20 years. But I love cheese so I am still alive.
All I really drink is water and beer. And the occasional apple or grape juice.
I stopped drinking soda around the same time I stopped drinking milk. And for the record a few years ago I went to the doctor for the full-on blood test since I had to have a lot of dental work done where I would be under for a while. The dentist said I needed to see what my risk of diabetes was so I had my blood tested. I was super low on the scale of getting diabetes.
