I worked as a temp for the last two months of 2016 at a great business. The word was that they are trying to get the OK to hire a new person, and I am first in line. They won’t know anything until April though.

I still have the email addresses of the HR gal, and my immediate boss. I just want to touch base, but I don’t know what to say.

Any suggestions?
