@Kristian; start by asserting yourself when you write. Say, “I wish” and not “I kind of wish.” Even when wishing, don’t be wishy-washy, if you get my drift. Confidence usually comes with age. How old are you?
Honestly, the only thing I dislike about myself is my boobs. That’s all I’d change. Being chubby doesn’t even bother me.. I’m just pretty happy with myself overall. but the boobs could be better.
@general: Don’t fret about your boobs. Whether you think they’re too big or too small, there will always be someone for whom they are just the right size…trust me on this!
True don’t judge yourself on mostly how you look, some people see others for what they are by look at what’s inside not out all the time, so be yourself. :)
I wish I had a normal sleeping schedule and wasn’t typing this response at 5 am. to answer the general Q, i am happy with myself but also very self critical. I think life is all about trying to make yourself better, so you should always have some personal goals you are working towards. Currently, still struggling with the sleep issue though :P
Life is also about the enjoyment of living in the present; long-term plans are wonderful but if you are constantly looking forward, you miss this moment. Now gone…I mean this moment. You get my drift. When I was a teen-ager, I worried about knobby knees, crooked hairline, sweating, and being too tall. Really ridiculous.
