I’m glad to hear that you are seeking help. I hope you understand that you will need to be completely open and honest with your therapist for them to help you.
Also, if you don’t feel like you have a good fit with the first therapist, make sure you keep trying them out until you get one that is a good match for you.
No need to leave Fluther. If you want, you can just observe for awhile, and jump in whenever you feel like you have something to add.
There are always going to be questions, and responses by others here on this site that can give you insight to some of your issues. And your own participation can be useful to other people.
