Operating heavy machinary and driving are the two things they say to not do while impaired. What else? I’m sure they wouldn’t say medium and light machinary is ok to operate?
And what else is on the top 2o things to not do?

Flying a plane, caring for children, control tower for an airport…actually I don’t want to deal with anyone drink at work, not any type of work. I also don’t want my husband to be drunk more than a handful times a year. He’s never very drunk ever really.

Skiing, surfing, roller skating, ice skating, horseback riding, swimming, white water rafting, bungie jumping, rock climbing, sky diving, sledding, baton twirling, walking on stilts, pogo sticks, bowling, tennis, football, baseball, volleyball, golfing, driving golf carts, shaving, riding a bicycle, jumping on trampolines. Then again, you could also miss the toilet and plummet into the shower head first like I once did, so maybe avoid using the toilet too. lol

Coloma's avatar

@Tropical_Willie Haha..so then it would be a DWJ drinking while courting.

Tropical_Willie's avatar

Yup, or one of my friends had a couple of drinks after work and it was 10:30 at night when he was pulled over. They brought him to the police station, he could not pass DWI test. So they called his wife, she was home, to come an pick him up. They were going to give him a verbal rather than write a ticket. His wife showed up about 45 minutes later (she had 3 Martinis on board). SO. . . . the cops made them BOTH sleep it off in the “tank”

Asking questions or providing responses on Fluther.

Dutchess_III's avatar

@flo the reason they give the warning is because driving and operating machinery when you’re impaired endangers other people. All of our answers are good, but they don’t hurt anyone but themselves.

flo's avatar

Thankls everyone. So, looks like just about anything, since good judgement is needed at all times.
